All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
You may experience minor shipping delays due to COVID-19, but we are processing orders as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping Options and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping options currently available are USPS Standard Shipping and USPS Priority Mail. USPS Standard Shipping means your package will be shipped using the lowest cost option available with a tracking number, usually USPS First Class Mail. Please contact us if you need it shipped another way. We are happy to accommodate your needs.
We offer free shipping for orders over $40. If you choose the free shipping option, your package will be sent via USPS First Class Mail.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which may include a tracking number you can use to check its status, depending on the shipping method you chose at checkout. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please review the full return policy here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
